I'm writing it 100% for fun so yeah, expect laid back writing and non-funny dialogue I find hilarious, I do aim on actually making a good story nonetheless. Gotham Police Character Report, December 1st, 2022:

Name: F/n L/n [Red Hood]
Bio: Grew up in the hoods of Gotham Heights with Jason Todd and Deion Diaz. Joined the Sixth Street Saints at age 16 and was a suspect in the Jason Todd murder, ruled out after his arrest two years later in 2018 for the supposed murder of Paul "Big Paulie" Colombo, long-time captain in the Maroni Crime Family. F/n L/n fought the case for three years while behind bars before being acquitted after key witnesses refused to testify in 2021. Still believed to be active in Gotham Heights, Coral District, and other hotspots for his gang's operations. Highly dangerous individual.

Name: Deion Diaz [D]
Bio: Grew up alongside Jason Todd and F/n L/n, he was a rising star in the Saints street gang before being caught up in F/n L/n's 2018 murder case as a possible accomplice. No evidence could be provided and since then he's believed to operate multiple drug businesses for the Saints gang senior leadership, "The OG's", most of whom are in prison. Despite being a dangerous gangster with the ability to control flames, Deion is far from a hot head; multiple interrogating officers and psychiatrists have described an "inhuman" calmness.

Name: Jason Todd [Arkham Knight]
Bio: Jason's resurrection after his death at the hands of the Joker has only stirred feelings of resentment and rage towards Gotham, Joker, and Batman. He's hellbent on getting what he wants, second time around.

Name: Harley Quinn
Bio: She's been running the slowly decaying remains of Joker's gang in his absence. Conspiracies of having a mystery lover in Joker's place but nothing concrete. Other than that she's been moving fairly low on the radar, possible link to multiple jewelry heist, investigation pending.

Name: Lillian Isley [Poison Ivy]
Bio: Still believed to be plotting some type of botanical takeover of the world through the forces of nature. Doesn't engage in actual criminal work these days but definitely still has friends in low places, basically a weird cat lady shut-in but with plants.

Bio: Black Mask's criminal enterprise has risen to unseen levels of success and power in the criminal underground during Joker's absence. The kingpin has had business booming, at the dismay of the GCPD, the citizens of Gotham, and the Batman.
