Izuku was sat in the Batcave, currently securing the 'Babel' file on the batcomputer. He had just finished creating countermeasures against all of class 1-A and the school faculty along with some pros and villains. He prayed he would not have to use any of these plans but one day, he might. For now however, it was time to go eat with the class and his two girls. Izuku approached the tube to transport himself back to the U.A dorms to eat food before his patrol. This was a special patrol tonight as Eri would finally be joining him in the field.

He finally arrived at his room and made his way down the stairs to meet everyone. When he got there, everyone was sat in front of the tv eating soba. He grabbed himself a bowl and sat with them.

"Hey Midoriya." Bakugo said, causing everyone to turn their attention to the green haired detective.

"Hi, you all having fun?" He replied, to which everyone responded with either a "yes" or a simple nod.

"Good, because tomorrow for hero training I will be taking the class. Enjoy the rest of your night. He then moved to go sit at the table and eat his soba. When he was about half way done, Aizawa came in asking to speak to him.

"Midoriya, I need a word. Urgently."

"Yeah ok, what's up?"

"It would be best to discuss this away from the others." So, they left to go to Izuku's dorm to discuss the matter at hand.

"So what is it Aizawa, my patrol is likely going to start any minute when the bat signal goes on."

"That's the thing, don't go to it."

"What do you mean?"

"The hero committee had a meeting today and was joined by the chief of police. The topic was Batman. Apparently, your methods were too violent and they didn't want a former vigilante becoming a hero, they're gonna try arrest you at every turn. But you didn't hear it from me."

"Thanks for the heads up. But what about you guys? Isn't the faculty meant to bring me in too?"

"No, not unless instructed by either the hero committee or police but neither know that we associate with you so they will leave us to our lessons."

"Ok, thanks Aizawa." Izuku replied before returning to the common area to speak to Eri about her future as Batgirl. She was sat watching a movie with Kyoka, they were cuddling up together and looked adorable. Izuku didn't want to ruin the moment so instead he headed back down to the Batcave. Alone.

When arriving in the Batcave, Izuku messaged Kyoka to ask her to put Eri to bed at a decent time due to him leaving early for his nightly patrol. He made his way over to the computer set up and multiple radios to find any crime he could stop tonight. Fortunately, he got a lead on Overhaul and was going to be able to give Eri some closure. But...something didn't feel right. He wanted to catch the maniac and help Eri move past her trauma but, shouldn't she be the one to face her demons to become better? It would be the difference between the two. She would be better than Batman. Making up his mind, he picked up his phone and rang Kyoka.

"Kyo, change of plans. Could you bring Eri down to the cave please?"

"Yeah sure, I'll be there in a minute."

"Ok, I love you."

"I love you too Izuku."

5 minutes later

"Izuku, this has got to be your dumbest idea. I mean fighting crime as a giant bat, crazy but tolerable. You fighting powerful villains when you could die at any point, insane. But taking Eri? That's where I'm gonna have to say no."
