————— Percy's POV: —————

"Piper, I don't think Alfred will let me leave like this." I said, trying not to move too much as Piper applied glitter to my eyelids. She'd already beat my face and applied lipgloss to my lips so now she was waging war against my eyelids.

Piper smiled. "That's why you'll wear one of Damian's hoodies to my car." Piper said, her eyes focused as she attempted to delicately apply my makeup.

"Why one of Damian's?" I asked. She chuckled lightly.

"Because they're bigger and will cover most of your dress." I scoffed, but found myself smiling anyway.

"Maybe Alfred not wanting me to leave in this is a sign." I said, watching as Piper rolled her eyes.

"I can't let you show up to a party like this one without the proper attire Percy." Piper said, stepping back with a growing smile to admire her work.

Piper had apparently had enough of my "moping" as she labeled it. So a week ago when she got an invite to a party she was actually interested in she somehow convinced her dad to let her drive down here to sleep over and attend the party with me.

Now she'd dressed me up in one of her dresses. It was high on my legs, hugged my hips, the neckline was loose and hung a little lower than I was used to, and with spaghetti straps to hold it up, crossing on my back revealed a lot of my shoulders. Of course Piper applied makeup to my scars so unless you really focused on them you couldn't see them.

Piper herself was dressed in a party dress, a light pink sequin covering the entire dress and her arms had sleeves that attached just below her arms displaying the entirety of her shoulders and collarbone. I noted the slight shimmer on her skin from the glitter on her dress and makeup.

I stood up, the heels I wore were luckily a bit chunkier making them easier to walk in. Pipers on the other hand looked much thinner and shiny.

Piper squealed lightly looking over me with a big smile. "You look so good!" I smiled thanking her for her compliment. Looking in the mirror I couldn't help but admire her work as well. I looked like I was straight out of a movie. My blue hair matched perfectly with the blue of the dress pulling the whole look together. "Now go grab a hoodie so we can go." I nodded, looking around my room until I found one of Damien's newer school jackets he'd lent me when I was cold at school.

Being careful to not mess up my makeup I slipped the hoodie over my head immediately smelling Damian's cologne surrounding me. It was almost like he was giving me a hug and I couldn't help but appreciate it. Piper put on one of my hoodies, it wasn't big like Damian's but she just wanted it to cover her outfit as well.

Piper looked it over again and nodded. "Perfect, now let's go." We left my room, walking down the halls quickly.

It was when we got down the stairs that we found Alfred.

"Hey Alfred!" Piper said with a smile giving Alfred a small wave.

Alfred looked us over for a moment. "Are you two heading to the party now?" He asked. Piper nodded, her keys already in her hand. Piper had gotten her license already whereas I was still waiting to go get my motorcycle license with Jason.

"Yep." I said, walking over to give him a goodbye hug. It wasn't often that I left the house in a vehicle driven by anyone outside of Alfred or Jason.

Alfred gave me a hug, holding me for a moment before I backed up.

"Try not to come home too late." Alfred said. Piper nodded.

"I'll have her home I promise." She said, the two of us backing out to the door before we closed the door behind us. I got into the passenger seat as Piper turned the car on, her smile unwavering.
